Biographies

Leslea Adams is founder and CEO of Mediclaims, Inc. a leader in medical insurance administrative and billing services. Leslea has over 35 years experience in the health insurance industry, beginning her career as a claims auditor for Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and later filing claims for private physicians. She began Mediclaims, Inc. in 1983 and in 1989, Leslea expanded the business in an innovative move to include her hometown ambulance service. Mediclaims, Inc. now represents and consults for ambulance services in several states. Leslea served on the initial International Chiefs Negotiated Rulemaking Task Force. Leslea has been a speaker at the Fire-Rescue and Rescue Med conferences, the Alaska State EMS Association, the Oklahoma State EMS Association. She has also served on the advisory board for EMS Best Practices magazine.

 

Tammy Campbell Senior V.P. Client Services & Sales joined Mediclaims in 1993, after completing her formal education obtaining her degree in Accounting. She began her career at Mediclaims as a Client Representative, and continued to learn the business from the ground up. In 2003 she was promoted to Vice President, and in 2009 was named our Senior V.P., and now heads up our Client Services and Sales Division. Over the past 18 years Tammy has formed a vast knowledge base, which has provided our clients with accurate professional advice that allows them to operate their services with the most current information available in EMS billing.

 

Michael Bradley, Executive V.P. Operations joined Mediclaims in 2004 as the General Manager, bringing with him 25 years experience in the Medical Billing field. After completing his formal education at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona, he started in Practice Management in 1980. In 1985 he began Consulting and providing Billing Services for hospital based physicians, by forming Professional Account Management Specialists, located in Phoenix, Arizona. He continued building that business until 1995, at which time he sold his share of the business, to return to Practice Management. Which he continued in until relocating to Northern Oklahoma, where he joined the Mediclaims Staff. He was promoted to his current position of Executive V.P. of Operations in late 2009.

 

Rebecca Roundtree, Quality Assurance Inspector, Compliance Officer joined Mediclaims in 1999. Just prior to her starting with Mediclaims Rebecca earned her LPN.  Since coming to Mediclaims 11 years ago she has become a Certified Coder, as well as earned her Associate in Social Sciences.  Rebecca was chosen to head up Mediclaims’ Quality Assurance Department because of her well rounded knowledge, and understanding of the processes needed to obtain prompt, maximum reimbursement in the field of EMS billing.
